Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

To start a return, please contact us at sales@cornicepro.com.au Once your return is approved, you will receive return instructions, including the return address. Please do not return items before contacting us, as unapproved returns will not be accepted.

Damages, Faults & Incorrect Items (Consumer Guarantees)

Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a refund, replacement or repair if a product is faulty, not fit for purpose, not as described, or arrives damaged.

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. We will assess the issue and offer a suitable resolution in accordance with your consumer rights.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on the following:

Custom-made or made to order items

Products damaged due to misuse, neglect, or incorrect installation by the customer

Change of Mind Policy

As our products are made to order, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. We encourage customers to ensure the product meets their needs before purchasing.

Handling Fee on Cancelled Orders

If a customer cancels an order after production has commenced but before dispatch, we may deduct a handling and processing fee of 10% to cover material and labour costs.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, we will refund the original payment method within 10 business days, less any applicable transport and 10% restocking fee.

Refunds will not incur a restocking or transport fee if the return is due to a manufacturing fault, damage, or error on our part.

Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to process the refund.
