This cornice was designed to create the feel of a square set look .It's a slim, flat profile with no curve or ornament, sitting tight to the ceiling for a sharp, modern finish that suits contemporary homes, apartments and minimalist interiors. For trade, it's a square-set result in a fraction of the time; for the confident renovator, it's a designer ceiling line made genuinely achievable.

It's also a smart fix when square-set corners crack. Because it's XPS foam fixed with a flexible adhesive, it moves with the building so it covers a failed square-set corner cleanly and stays sound. A fast, cost-effective way for trade to make cracked square-set disappear, on new work or callbacks.

Sizes: available in 50, 60, 70, 80, 90 and 100mm drops (×2000mm), plus custom sizing on request
Made from: high-density XPS foam  lightweight, moisture resistant, fire-retardant.
Installation: adhesive only, no nails, handled comfortably solo. Paint with a water-based primer and topcoat.
Sold as: single 2m lengths, no minimum order
